Vital Records Control is a rapidly growing national company, and our momentum starts with our sales team. We’re adding driven inside sales professionals who own a territory, manage an active pipeline, and close business. You’ll combine disciplined daily execution with a team-first mindset to consistently hit and exceed targets.
This is a quota-carrying role for professionals who show up every day, compete hard, and win the right way.
What you’ll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close: build and manage a healthy pipeline of new and existing accounts; run discovery, deliver proposals, negotiate, and close to weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.
- Own your territory plan: analyze funnel metrics, prioritize high-probability opportunities, and adjust tactics based on prospect and client feedback.
- Deliver consistent activity: manage inbound leads, perform scheduled outbound outreach, set appointments, and follow up on time—every time.
- Be the product expert: master our shred-services portfolio to create compelling solutions, handle objections, and position clear value.
- Partner to win: collaborate with outside sales, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth implementations and exceptional client experience.
- Use the CRM rigorously: document activity, forecast accurately, and maintain up-to-date opportunity records.
- Protect relationships: address escalations professionally and resolve issues quickly with leadership support.

Requirements
What you bring
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying inside sales or account management role (prospecting through close).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, objection handling, and presentation skills.
- Strong organization and time management; disciplined use of CRM and sales tools.
- High personal integrity and professionalism; team-first attitude.
- Competitive drive with coachability and resilience—former team athletes often excel in this role.
Reliability and work standards
- Full-time, on-site/office-based role with consistent 40-hour work weeks.
- Reliable daily attendance and punctuality required to serve customers and support team coverage.
- Maintains focus, productivity, and responsiveness throughout the workday.
Tools you’ll use
- Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management software (typing proficiency required).
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
