HVAC Service Technician
Location: York / Emigsville, PA

Gohn & Stambaugh Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the York, PA market.

Compensation

• $34–$40/hour based on experience
• Additional SPIF and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and troubleshoot light commercial rooftop units up to approximately 20–25 tons
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, split systems, and rooftop units
• Communicate repair and replacement recommendations professionally
• Complete service documentation using company tablet systems
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow company service standards and safety procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical training programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Residential HVAC diagnostic experience
• Light commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Experience servicing multiple manufacturers
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• EPA certification preferred
