SUMMARY:
DASCO is seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Manager to support and optimize operational systems, workflows, and automation initiatives across the organization. This role will focus heavily on supporting the Brightree platform, maintaining system configurations, building efficiencies, managing automation workflows, and assisting with operational process improvements.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally with operational leaders, revenue cycle teams, clinical teams, and IT.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain and support the Brightree system and related operational platforms
- Configure and maintain billing, workflow, and operational codes within Brightree
- Assist with automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance workflow performance
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for system optimization and automation
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors
- Support integrations between Brightree and other business systems
- Assist with reporting, data validation, auditing, and workflow testing
- Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and process guides
- Partner with operational departments to understand business needs and implement system solutions
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and process improvement projects
- Train and support associates on system functionality and workflow processes
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company security standards
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working within Brightree strongly preferred
- Experience with healthcare operations, revenue cycle, billing workflows, or automation initiatives preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working with workflow automation, system configuration, or process improvement initiatives preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This role will oversee the Payer Relations and Systems Manager and be accountable for the overall payer strategy, systems optimization, and team performance. The leader will collaborate cross-functionally, influence executive stakeholders, and drive initiatives that improve revenue outcomes and operational efficiency.
