Job Overview:

The Head of Advisor Technology Success is a senior technology leadership role responsible for the strategic delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Dynasty’s technology solutions across its Network of independent RIAs. This leader serves as the primary technology relationship owner for Network RIAs—translating Dynasty’s platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes through consultative engagement, proactive servicing, and disciplined execution. 


The Head of Technology Advisor Success operates as a strategic consulting leader who ensures that Dynasty’s proprietary and integrated third-party technologies are implemented with precision, adopted deeply, and continuously aligned to each partner’s evolving practice. The role demands executive presence, commercial instinct, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams that span technology delivery, enablement, and partner engagement. 


Strategic Mandate: 

  • Own the end-to-end technology delivery experience for Network Partners, from implementation through ongoing optimization 
  • Serve as the senior technology relationship owner for Dynasty’s most strategic client engagements 
  • Operate as a consultative leader who connects platform capabilities to advisor workflows, practice growth, and operational efficiency 
  • Drive measurable adoption, satisfaction, and retention outcomes across the Dynasty technology stack 
  • Translate partner insights into strategic recommendations that influence product roadmaps, vendor strategy, and go-to-market decisions 


Key Responsibilities:

Technology Delivery & Partner Outcomes 

  • Own the vision and operating model for how Dynasty delivers, implements, and sustains technology solutions within Network Partner firms 
  • Define what “success” looks like at each partner lifecycle stage: onboarding, stabilization, growth, and optimization 
  • Establish engagement frameworks, strategic review cadences, and measurable KPIs tied to adoption depth, partner satisfaction, and retention based on deep fluency in Dynasty’s tech stack  
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery regardless of partner size, complexity, or lifecycle phase 
  • Partnering with Engineering and Product on roadmap input grounded in partner usage patterns 


Strategic Consulting & Relationship Ownership 

  • Serve as the executive-level technology relationship owner for Dynasty’s Network Partners, building trust and credibility with firm principals and operations leaders 
  • Lead consultative engagements that connect Dynasty’s platform capabilities to each partner’s specific workflows, growth objectives, and operational challenges 
  • Identify adoption gaps, emerging risks, and whitespace opportunities early—driving corrective and enabling actions before issues escalate 
  • Translate complex technology ecosystems into clear, actionable recommendations that partners can execute against 


People Leadership & Organizational Design 

  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across Partner Success Management and Success Enablement 
  • Set clear expectations, career paths, and performance standards aligned to Dynasty’s partner-first culture 
  • Ensure proper staffing models, role clarity, and capacity planning to support a growing Network 
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and outcomes-driven team environment 


Enablement & Learning Ecosystem 

  • Own Dynasty’s technology learning and enablement infrastructure: knowledge base, documentation, training programs, webinars, and release communications 
  • Ensure all learning content is accurate, timely, and aligned to product updates, platform changes, and partner needs 
  • Maintain a cohesive technology learning calendar that spans product releases, vendor updates, and best-practice sharing 


Vendor & Resource Partner Collaboration 

  • Provide executive oversight of vendor (Resource Partner) relationships as they relate to partner success, enablement, and adoption outcomes 
  • Ensure vendors meet Dynasty’s servicing standards and support ongoing partner needs 
  • Serve as a strategic internal resource for vendor performance insights, escalation support, and partnership optimization, including ability to triage and escalate technical issues, not just relationship issues  


Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Platform SMEs, Relationship Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing 
  • Ensure partner insights directly influence product roadmaps, release readiness, and go-to-market strategies 
  • Champion operational efficiency, documentation standards, and scalable processes across the technology organization 
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner/Client Success, Technology Consulting, Solutions Delivery, or related senior leadership roles 
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams across delivery, consulting, and enablement functions 
  • Deep understanding of financial services technology, wealth management platforms, and the RIA business model 
  • Proven ability to design and scale proactive servicing, adoption, and consulting programs 
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to own relationships and influence stakeholders at the firm principal level 
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills 
  • Experience working in close partnership with product, engineering, and vendor organizations
