What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
- Conduct home visits to provide parenting education and support, focusing on child development, early learning, and family well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized family support plans based on assessments and family needs.
- Facilitate group meetings and workshops for parents on various topics, including child development, positive discipline, and family health.
- Use the PAT curriculum and materials effectively to engage families and promote developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of home visits, family interactions, and progress.
- Collaborate with community resources, organizations, and professionals to connect families with additional support services.
- Stay current with PAT guidelines and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
- Driving is needed

Location: Office is out of 400 Washington St Braintree but catchment is Brockton and Surrounding towns
Qualifications/Credentials
- High School Diploma/GED or above required
- Lived experience in parenting is required
