THE ORGANIZATION

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is a non-profit agency under contract to the State of California and for 50 years has provided the coordination of services to individuals with developmental disabilities. ACRC employs approximately 900+ persons working out of eight offices in a ten-county area. ACRC is one of 21 Regional Centers in California


COMPENSATION

The below is dependent upon experience and education.


$25.44 - $29.44/hr.


The actual amount offered within this range will depend on a variety of factors including skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant job-related factors. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. 


THE POSITION AND JOB SUMMARY 

ACRC is seeking a Vendorization Coordinator for the Sacramento office. The purpose of the position is to coordinate and maintain all Service Provider (Vendor) contacts, related databases, and paperwork to ensure all components of the Vendorization process are complete, verified and implemented and to ensure that services and supports are current and made available to clients. implement, maintain, and process vendorizations in the Service Provider Directory.  This position will provide a positive experience for staff, Clients/their circle of support, Service Providers and the community. Additionally, the position will: monitor vendor requests email account and compile informational packets for Community Services and Supports (CSS) manager (for assigned workload and as a back up to the Vendorization Processes or); coordinate service provider information and appropriate vendor databases;  Ensure potential Service Providers are established in Vendor Database; Electronically track, monitor status, and provide regular status reports for vendorization requests and applicant; Review all Vendor Packets and contracts to ensure that the required information is complete and accurate for timely completion and enter accurate information into SANDIS.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a High School Diploma; GED or Bachelor’s in related field of study; Business, Social Work, Human Services, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in providing customer service, website monitoring and database development.
