Craftsman – Custom Millwork & Cabinetry

Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild is seeking an experienced Craftsman to fabricate high-end custom residential millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodworking projects.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-end custom residential millwork and cabinetry from drawings and specifications
• Read blueprints, create cut lists, and plan assembly processes
• Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality control inspections throughout production
• Track materials, maintain parts lists, and document as-built changes
• Work closely with engineering, finishing, operations, and installation teams
• Assist with installation as needed

Qualifications

· 10+ years of woodworking, millwork, or cabinetry experience preferred

· Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

· Experience with woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication methods

· Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work

· Must provide personal hand tools (tool reimbursement policy applies)

· AutoCAD experience is a plus

Schedule & Expectations

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime and weekend work are expected when available to support production schedules and project deadlines

Other Requirements:

• Possession of a valid State Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the company’s insurance carrier’s standards may be required.
