Chain Account Manager

Role and Responsibility: The Chain/Casino Manager serves as the link between the company its most important, high-volume chain and casino clients by developing and maintaining strategic, long-term, trusting relationships with the goal of organic growth and achievement long-term company objectives


Summary and Overall Objectives: 

  • The Chain and Casino Manager serves as the link between the company its most important, high-volume key accounts
  •  The Chain and Casino Manager oversees all operations of assigned key accounts to attain financial and volume goals and objectives
  •  The Chain and Casino Manager works collaboratively with management and sales reps as needed to maintain open communication about account activities and opportunities

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  •  Sell to accounts in assigned trade Chain and Casino channel
  •  Engage with successful supplier, programing and obtain profitable results 
  •  Drive brand success by actively supporting the selling efforts of sales representatives, district managers, and key account specialists 
  •  Lead all parts of the sales process including targeting appropriate accounts, lead selling, education, and positioning brands for success within the account
  •  Monitor field implementation and execution of programs within assigned accounts to ensure product pricing and promotion
  •  Regularly interact with field management for updating programming and brand priorities, brand standards and best practices leading to successful execution in the market
  •  Provide detailed tracking reports of wholesaler performance against agreed-to supplier objectives
  •  Develop key account relationships that deliver measurable results
  • Work with key assigned teams to deliver monthly goals (work-withs, product training samples, etc.)
  • Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts (e.g., winemaker dinners, product launches, and tastings)
  •  Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements

 Qualifications and Skill Requirements: 

  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 5+ years of sales management experience in the beverage distribution industry.
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships and customer satisfaction
  •  Impeccable time management and excellent project management skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentations 
  •  Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow through
  •  Ability to analyze, assess and resolve issues
  •  Ability to work independently as well as with a team
