Senior Analyst
Description

JPI is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support acquisition and program management activities for the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Acquisition Support and Systems Engineering Policy (CG-DCS-9). This role supports acquisition governance, executive coordination, policy implementation, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives aligned with DHS and USCG acquisition frameworks. Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of supporting multiple initiatives in a fast-paced federal acquisition environment. This position supports executive meetings, acquisition reviews, reporting activities, SharePoint coordination, and process improvement efforts in support of major and non-major acquisition programs.

Responsibilities Include:  

  • Support acquisition policy implementation, governance activities, and process improvement initiatives.  
  • Coordinate executive meetings, working groups, and acquisition review activities.  
  • Develop agendas, meeting materials, status reports, action trackers, and executive briefings.  
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources for recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.  
  • Track schedules, staffing actions, milestones, document status, and operational priorities.  
  • Review acquisition documentation for compliance, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.  
  • Support maintenance of SharePoint portals, collaboration tools, and internal tracking systems.  
  • Assist with workflow documentation, operational recommendations, and organizational process improvements.  
  • Coordinate activities with Government stakeholders and project personnel to ensure timely execution of deliverables.  


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting program management, acquisition support, business operations, or consulting environments.  
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.  
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Teams, and SharePoint.  
  • Ability to work independently in a high-visibility client environment.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting DHS, USCG, DoD, or other Federal acquisition programs.  
  • Familiarity with acquisition governance frameworks and policy processes.  
  • Experience supporting executive-level coordination and reporting activities.  
  • Knowledge of acquisition lifecycle documentation and tracking processes.

 JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between 55,000-75,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
