Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression

- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy

- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely

- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff

Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
