JPI is  seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide specialized consulting support for acquisition governance, business process improvement, operational analysis, organizational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives supporting CG-DCS-9 acquisition and systems engineering policy activities with a focus on developing and maintaining SharePoint based libraries, creating workflows, and developing reporting dashboards

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support acquisition governance, policy development, and process improvement initiatives leveraging SharePoint, Qlik, and Power Platform.  
  • Conduct workflow analyses, operational assessments, and organizational evaluations.  
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement. 
  • Develop strategic recommendations, implementation plans, and operational improvement approaches leveraging SharePoint and PowerApps.  
  • Support development of dashboards, metrics, reporting tools, SharePoint portals, and knowledge management resources.  
  • Review acquisition documentation, governance materials, policies, and operational procedures.  
  • Coordinate analyses and recommendations with Government leadership and project stakeholders.  
  • Support executive meetings, governance forums, reporting activities, and action item management.  
  • Develop process/user guides, workflow documentation, operational procedures, and training materials.  
  • Apply consulting methodologies to support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.  


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management consulting, acquisition support, business process improvement, strategic planning, organizational management, or related consulting disciplines.  
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.  
  • Experience conducting operational analyses and process improvement initiatives.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and SharePoint.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting DHS, USCG, DoD, or other Federal agencies.  
  • Familiarity with Federal acquisition governance and policy frameworks.  
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation and change management initiatives.  
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.

 JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between 55,000-80,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
