Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 129-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (Montgomery suburb).

This is a well-established building with a current census of approximately 112 residents and strong clinical programming, including ventilator services and a dedicated dementia unit.

  • 129-bed skilled nursing facility 
  • Ventilator unit providing both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care 
  • Dedicated dementia care unit 
  • On-site 24-hour respiratory therapy staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility 
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations 
  • Lead and support clinical, administrative, and support teams 
  • Drive quality outcomes, census management, and financial performance 
  • Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care 
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership including respiratory and nursing teams 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license 
  • Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred 
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and operational skills 
  • Ability to lead in a high-acuity environment (vent/dementia care experience a plus) 
  • Passion for quality care and team development
