Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 129-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (Montgomery suburb).
This is a well-established building with a current census of approximately 112 residents and strong clinical programming, including ventilator services and a dedicated dementia unit.

About the Facility:
- 129-bed skilled nursing facility
- Ventilator unit providing both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care
- Dedicated dementia care unit
- On-site 24-hour respiratory therapy staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Lead and support clinical, administrative, and support teams
- Drive quality outcomes, census management, and financial performance
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care
- Collaborate closely with clinical leadership including respiratory and nursing teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license
- Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and operational skills
- Ability to lead in a high-acuity environment (vent/dementia care experience a plus)
- Passion for quality care and team development
