Shared Family Living Certification Specialist

Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is currently recruiting for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Certification Specialist for Shared Family Living (SFL). Shared Family Living is a variation of family living where provider families’ homes are certified by the State of NH to provide long-term foster care services to individuals with disabilities. The SFL Certification Specialist will ensure that the specialized home care providers meet Area Agency service delivery requirements.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance of State regulations through quarterly record reviews and annual certification reviews of Shared Family Living homes including site reviews, and act as liaison between providers and other agency and non-agency personnel. Additionally, the candidate will attend meetings and trainings as required by the agency and the state. 


Requirements

 The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills; the ability to work as a part of a team; effective time management skills; computer skills; be self-directed and hold a valid NH driver’s license. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Training will be provided. Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered.

Salary Description
$22.50 per hour
