Key Holder - Part Time (Weekend Shift Lead)


We are seeking a responsible and motivated Key Holder to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily working weekends. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately

- Lead and supervise team members during weekend shifts

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Ensure cash handling and register operations are accurate and secure

- Support team development and foster a positive work environment


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Reliable, responsible, and punctual

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
