Locations: Chantilly & Reston, VA
Position: Full-Time Medical Receptionist to float between both offices as needed
Schedule: Four 9.5-hour weekdays per week (6:45am to 5pm) + rotating half-day Saturdays (8am to 12pm)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As the face of our practice, you will set the tone for a positive patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- The Warmest Welcome: Provide a professional, friendly greeting to our little patients and their parents.
- Communication Hub: Answer a high volume of incoming calls with courtesy, professionalism, and care.
- Master of Scheduling: Use our scheduling matrix to optimize appointments, maximize provider time, and keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Patient Advocacy: Complete the check-in process swiftly, collect copayments/balances, and verify demographic and insurance information.
- Tech & EHR Management: Scan reports, organize medical records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, and ensure providers have everything they need before a patient encounter.
What You Bring to the Team (Requirements):
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical reception (Required).
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) / Practice Management software is a major plus!
