The?Accounting Clerk ?position's at the Las Vegas Airport primary responsibility is to process financial data by maintaining accurate records on daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the workflow for employee changes and offboarding.
- Assist with payroll and time & labor reporting and data entry for HRIS processing.
- Act as the point person for employees’ employment-related questions and work to resolve any issues.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies, including labor law posting administration.

- Preparing of invoices and collections of payments
- Other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Clear a pre-employment drug screening.
- Pass a federal fingerprint background check.
- Have proof of US work eligibility.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and other required identifications or certifications.
Additional Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be a clear thinker and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
- Good communicator.
- Ability to be a team player in assisting others.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Excel knowledge and MS office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
