In this position, the processor handles loan documents for real estate loans and assists the underwriters, lenders, appraisers and closing team to finalize an accommodate, a timely and complete loan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and supervise documents for all Home Equity loans
- Coordinate with underwriters and closing Team to ensure a timely loan process
- Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and meet all regulatory and internal requirements
- Tracks undisclosed loans to stay in compliance

POSITION LEVEL I EXPECTATIONS
- To support the loan application process by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for underwriting.
- Coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies
- Organize and prepare loan files for underwriting
- Finalize the loan process by preparing closing documents and ensuring all conditions are met for disbursement
POSITION LEVEL II EXPECTATIONS
- The position requires the fulfillment of all Level I expectations
- Monitor multiple loans simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and files progress efficiently
- Be a dependable resource whom others can confidently turn to for guidance and answers
- Resolve any issues such as missing documents and mortgage filing for audits
- Strong understanding of loan regulations
- Track loan status, deadlines and proactively resolve issues that could delay processing within compliance
- Support and train Jr processors/Closers/Funders
POSITION LEVEL III EXPECTATIONS
- This Position requires the fulfilment of all level II expectations
- Organize and update training material
- Troubleshoot & test loans with in UAT environment
- Provide support to home equity Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Secondary education with related experience preferred. A background screening will be conducted.
Position level will be commensurate with knowledge, experience and education.

Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, Empower, statement processing system, and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates professionally in an office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
