Description

Role: Showroom Coordinator

Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Summary: The Showroom Coordinator manages our front desk, coordinates sales assignments, and on a daily basis, performs a variety of clerical and organizational tasks. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests/customers as they enter the showroom
  • Maintain WaitWhile
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person, or department
  • Answer phone calls and forward to appropriate person and/or department.
  • Coordinate with consultants by distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and organizing showroom walk throughs
  • Design and maintain the appearance of Showroom Displays and front office area.
  • Facilitate proper maintenance of the Job Folder
  • Providing sales support to Showroom Consultants
  • Assist in organizing branch events
  • Communicate directly with venders regarding regularly purchased products
  • Label and organize job material prior to shipment/customer arrival
  • Participate in Product Knowledge and management organized meetings
  • Follow up with customer orders
  • Open and distribute mail as needed
  • Coordinate package shipments 
  • Complete all other duties as instructed by direct supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High School diploma preferred
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Effective communicating skills
  • Follow ProSource’s Showroom Dress Code
  • Ability to conduct basic math
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have a customer service mindset

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate between departments safely and timely
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds at a time
  • Ability to be seated at a workstation for a prolonged amount of time
