Larson Financial Holdings LLC is seeking a motivated, experienced Cybersecurity Administrator to play a critical role in protecting the organization’s information systems, data, and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Operations
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents, including phishing emails, malware alerts, and unauthorized access attempts
- Administer and maintain security tools including endpoint detection and response (EDR) and vulnerability scanners
- Respond to and remediate security incidents as they arise; conduct follow-up analysis and document findings and actions taken
- Manage and respond to phishing reports submitted by staff; coordinate containment and communication as needed
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and work with end users to prioritize and remediate identified risks
- Assist in the planning and rollout of new cybersecurity objectives, tools, and initiatives as the organization’s security program evolves
Security Awareness & Phishing Simulations
- Support the execution of monthly phishing simulation campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and distribution as directed
- Assist with analyzing campaign results and help identify departments or individuals flagged for additional training or follow-up
- Help develop and deliver security awareness communications, training materials, and coaching based on simulation outcomes and leadership direction
- Maintain records of simulation results and awareness training completion to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts
Compliance & Risk Management
- Support day-to-day efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable security controls
- Conduct periodic control assessments, gather evidence, and coordinate with stakeholders to close compliance gaps
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security policies, procedures, risk assessments, and control inventories
- Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence packages and responding to auditor inquiries
- Support in identifying emerging risks and make recommendations for policy or control improvements
IT Operations Support
- Provide systems administration support as assigned, including user account management, access provisioning, and endpoint configuration
- Assist with IT helpdesk escalations requiring elevated access or technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects, applying a security-first perspective to system design and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity administration or a related IT role
- Demonstrated experience working with security compliance frameworks or control-based compliance programs
- Experience administering security tools such as endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions or vulnerability management tools
- Working knowledge of phishing simulation platforms (e.g., KnowBe4, Proofpoint Security Awareness) and security awareness program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate incidents and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, SSCP, or equivalent
- Experience with Windows systems administration
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and best practices
- Experience supporting compliance audits or assessments in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of cloud security principles in a Microsoft Azure environment

Work Environment & Expectations
This position operates in a professional office and technology environment. The role may occasionally require after-hours availability to respond to security incidents or support critical system changes.
