We believe strong cultures are built through accountability, respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We value people who take initiative, bring solutions, challenge assumptions, and help make the organization stronger than they found it.

We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain the status quo. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape what's next.

Position Overview

Every organization has moments that define its culture. A difficult employee conversation. A manager who needs guidance. A workplace concern that requires fairness, confidence, and sound judgment. We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist who thrives in those moments and knows how to turn challenges into positive outcomes.

This role is for the HR professional who understands that great HR isn't just about policies and processes—it's about building trust, coaching leaders, solving problems, and helping people succeed.  We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist who brings strong employee relations expertise, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for helping leaders and teams succeed.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't a behind-the-scenes HR position. You'll partner directly with leaders across the organization to navigate employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance concerns, accommodations, policy interpretation, and organizational challenges. Your guidance will influence decisions, strengthen leadership capability, and help shape the employee experience across the company. If you're looking for a role where your expertise is trusted, your voice is valued, and your work has visible impact, you'll find it here.
