TruStile Doors, a national manufacturer of premium architectural doors for residential and commercial markets, is seeking a Parts Coordinator for our Maintenance Team. In this role, you'll responsible for managing inventory, tracking, and distribution of parts and materials required to support manufacturing and maintenance operations. This role ensures accurate inventory records, timely availability of components, and efficient storeroom operations to minimize downtime and support overall operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of parts and materials to support production and maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to forecast parts usage and ensure critical spares are readily available
- Track parts availability and communicate shortages or delays to appropriate teams
- Maintain an organized and efficient storeroom, including proper labeling, binning, and storage practices
- Monitor inventory usage trends and provide recommendations to optimize stock levels
- Accurately document and update part information, including descriptions, specifications, and locations in inventory systems
- Issue parts to technicians and ensure proper tracking of usage and allocation
- Support preventive maintenance programs by ensuring required parts are staged and available
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding part needs, availability, and status updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping expectations (5S)
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts related to storeroom organization, inventory accuracy, and efficiency
Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, storefront operations, or parts coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working with CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking
- Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, equipment diagrams, and technical documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 60 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire date).

Salary:
This position's salary will be $29.07 to $36.34. Where you fall on this scale will be a determination of work experience and education, as well as the interview process.
