Ready to take the next step in your rehabilitation career? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our rehabilitation team at Whispering Creek Care Center in Janesville, MN.

As Rehab Director, you'll combine hands-on patient care with day-to-day leadership of a collaborative rehabilitation department serving adult and geriatric patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and department workflow
  • Provide clinical oversight while supporting quality patient outcomes
  • Coach, mentor, and support therapy team members
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals
  • Provide direct patient care while maintaining productivity expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
