Why LandPro Equipment?

We’re proud to be a trusted John Deere dealer serving communities across New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania but what sets us apart is how we show up every day.

Our goal is simple, to be the most respected dealership by living our PRO values: Professionalism, Respect, and Outstanding Service.

At LandPro Equipment, our team members aren’t just employees, they’re PROs.

A Day in the Life of an Ag Road Technician

As an Ag Road Tech, your office is wherever the customer needs you.

You'll spend most of your day traveling to customer locations, diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and getting machines back to work. One stop may involve troubleshooting a hydraulic issue on a tractor, while the next could require advanced diagnostics on an electrical system or Integrated Solutions technology.

You'll work independently while building relationships with customers who rely on your expertise and professionalism. While you'll have the support of your Service Manager and team behind you, you'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and represent LandPro in the field.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and the challenge of diagnosing equipment where it's being used.

Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: keep customers running and deliver outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

As an Ag Road Tech, you will:

  • diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealer-owned agricultural equipment
  • perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work as well as advanced troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and integrated solutions (IS) systems
  • travel to customer sites to provide field service and emergency support

  • participate in training programs to continue developing technical skills
  • mentor and support less experienced technicians when needed

  • work well independently and as part of a team
  • enjoy variety and don’t want to spend every day in the shop
