Transitions Coordinator
Description

 JOB OVERVIEW:

The Transitions Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the transition of new processes, services, and business units within an organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new initiatives. The Transition Coordinator will help with project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management to deliver seamless transitions and achieve desired business outcomes.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quickly become immersed in the Dynasty culture and get a full understanding of the RIA industry and the competitive landscape
  • Serve in a support role to senior members of the Transition and Relationship Management Teams, including:
  • Build relationships with Resource Partners and understand various roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate Advisor and Resource Partner conference calls and meetings; participate in calls and meetings as appropriate
  • Establish metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting mechanisms to monitor the progress and success of transition projects. Analyze data and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation in transition management. Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of transition processes and methodologies.
  • Identify issues and opportunities and resolve or escalate as necessary
  • Manage calendars and travel schedules
  • Build relationships with Advisors in the Dynasty Network as well as their ongoing support personnel
  • Develop relationships with key partners and understand the working relationships between Dynasty, the Advisors and Resource Partners
  • Participate in all aspects of advisor transition and onboarding
Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills needed to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and thorough in completing projects/tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills required
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills needed
  • Must be able to perform in a fast passed, results oriented culture; ability to build rapport and instill confidence with Dynasty team, Advisors and Resource Partners essential
  • A demonstrated commitment to both partnership and teamwork, and initiative to proactively address all issues as they arise
  • Orientation to technology with ability to learn quickly and work with vendors and various platforms used in the RIA space.
  • Must be able to partner, collaborate and work in a team environment.


Travel Expectations:

Up to 50% travel is required. Some onboarding projects may require consecutive weeks onsite, with commitments of 4-6 weeks at the same location for larger engagements. Occasional weekend work will also be required.
