The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, storing and pulling for orders, they are also repsonsible for sanitation functions of the warehouse.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday
(Weekend OT as needed)
Location: Fresno, CA

Work Environment: Warehouse Environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.
- Maintains general housekeeping in and around warehouses.
- Sweeps, Mops and empties trash receptacles
- Cleans/loads/stacks used containers including 5-gal pails and 55-gal drums.
- Loading dock tasks including air bag inflation for load securement.
- Alerts leadership of any hazards or housekeeping issues in a timely manner.
- Comply with appropriate safety procedures.
- Maintains and uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- May perform other duties as required.
- Overtime and weekends may be required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Set example with reliability, punctuality, attendance, and willingness to work OT and weekends.
- Advanced problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making ability.
- Communication skills, written, verbal, active listening.
- Self-Motivated
- Familiar with basic Warehouse Equipment
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse and/or food and beverage manufacturing environments preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Experience with food and beverage ingredients and inventory preferred.
