Pathways Hospice and Palliative Care is a five-star Hospice company seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dynamic Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead our nursing management team and drive excellence in patient care. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality hospice services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive, efficient clinical environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise the nursing management team, providing guidance and support in clinical operations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered hospice care
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee medical record accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Serve as a clinical resource and support system for patient care issues
- Assist in policy development, implementation, and monitoring
- Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and service development
- Support admissions and discharge appropriateness
- Partner with the Business Office to monitor pharmacy, DME, and supply costs
- Assist in marketing and community outreach efforts, including relationship-building with physicians and facility leadership
- Provide leadership support in hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Participate in administrative on-call rotation

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri required
- Hospice experience required
- Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care
- Expertise in pain and symptom management
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Windows systems
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to meet all pre-employment and health screening requirements
