Join KCCU as an Operations Clerk!
The Operations Clerk role is a critical position for the organization. The Operations Clerk assists the organization in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. This is a multi-functional position that will manage processes and assist where the business need arises. This position will work closely with Loan Operations Coordinators.
Responsibilities:
- Mail Processing, scanning, and delivery of applicable documents
- Denial processing for consumer loans
- One Click Loan Campaign document processing
- Mortgage Discharge Filing
- Providing member service and operation support through phone, and email communications
- Assist Loan Operations department as needed with daily tasks
Requirements

- High School diploma or GED
- One to Three years similar or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships
- Effective communication skills, written and oral
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite
Ideal candidates will have strong availability Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and 1pm on Saturdays. This position is located in Battle Creek Michigan
