Now Hiring: HIM Manager | Lead a High-Impact Health Information Team

We’re seeking an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) Manager to lead a critical function responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and availability of patient health information across an acute care environment.

This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on HIM professional who thrives in operational excellence, team development, and compliance-driven healthcare settings.

In this role, you’ll oversee core HIM functions including:

• Medical record management 
• Release of Information (ROI) 
• Document imaging & record completion 
• Physician deficiency tracking 
• Data integrity & regulatory compliance 

You’ll also lead and develop a dedicated HIM team, partnering closely with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure health information is complete, accurate, and accessible in support of patient care and organizational performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HIM, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred) 
• 5+ years of progressive HIM experience 
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in HIM operations 
• Strong acute care hospital HIM experience preferred 
• Proven experience with ROI, imaging/scanning, record completion, and compliance 
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational results 

Certifications Required

• RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or 
• RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) – AHIMA certified
