Waterford Campus is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Lead to support daily front desk operations while creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and light team leadership.
Schedule Details
- Full Time: 32 hours a week on 1st shift
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and residents and manage incoming calls
- Provide clerical support to multiple departments
- Assist in training, supporting, and overseeing front desk staff
- Ensure excellent communication with residents, families, and team members
- Respond promptly to resident needs and report concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
- Collaborate with all departments to support a team-focused environment
