As a Customer Account Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our team—serving as the go-to connection between our company and our clients. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

Success in this position comes from strong teamwork, clear communication, and a sharp eye for detail. We’re looking for someone dependable, collaborative, and ready to jump in and support both customers and teammates.

You can expect a steady workflow with minimal seasonal fluctuations, giving you consistency and rhythm in your day-to-day responsibilities. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Customer Service Account Manager.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30PM 
  • Starting Pay Range is: $17.00/hourly + (based on experience) 
  • Receive weekly pay 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Communicate with customer via email and phone
  • Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading
  • Allocate and research inventory for orders
  • Coordinate workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers and truck drivers
  • Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain and generate required reports as directed by CSRM.
Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • No experience required – will train the right person
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to problem solve and focus on details
