We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive long-term care environment. Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing resident needs, coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment for all residents.
Essential Duties
- Assess resident conditions and identify significant changes in health status.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist and support RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, and restorative aides.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
- Participate in care planning, documentation, and physician order reviews.
- Respond effectively to resident concerns, emergencies, and changing conditions.
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on dignity, safety, and quality care.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in West Virginia.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- CPR certification is required.
- Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Pay:
· Competitive starting hourly wages based on years of experience
· $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for RN’s (paid in installments; two payout options available)
· $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for LPN’s (paid in installments; two payout options available)
· Night Shift and Weekend Warrior opportunities available, including shift differentials
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility needs. Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
