Description
  • You will address the client brokers professionally, clarify the specifics and advantages of our flagship loan product, Ally, and discuss our successful value proposition of becoming an approved broker with Champions Funding.
  • This Inside Sales/Account Executive will be trained and developed as the lead conversion specialist within the wholesale non-Qm space. Leads are provided as well as self-generated.
  • Routing mortgage broker clients to attend our highly informative webinar and procure non-QM loan submissions from mortgage professionals.

Compensation:

  • Base plus commission
  • Uncapped commissions per funded loans.
  • A full benefits package is available, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance.
  • Earning potential of over six figures your first year!
  • $100,000.00-$150,000.00 earning potential your first year!
Requirements
  • Coachable and Trainable, with a competitive ‘SAY YES’ attitude!
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer competency.
  • Self-motivated and driven to make the money you deserve
  • One year of previous high-volume outbound phone sales experience.
  • Mortgage lending experience is required!
  • Prefers working in a high-energy sales environment.

Base, commission
