REQUIREMENTS – READ THIS CAREFULLY
We’re not looking for perfect—we’re looking for capable, driven people who can perform and grow.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience (preferred, NOT required for trainees)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving ability (you can think, not just follow steps)
- Able to work independently AND as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT
Preferred (Not Required – We’ll Help You Get There)
- ASE certifications
- Michigan Heavy-Duty Mechanic License
- Experience with fleet maintenance / diagnostic software

Physical / Work Environment
- Lift 35+ lbs regularly
- Bend, kneel, squat, and work in a shop environment
- Operate tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Must pass drug & alcohol screening
