Summary
Supports HR operations by assisting with employee processes, recordkeeping, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Assists with HR related documentation, communication, and reporting processes, exercising decision-making within delegated authority. Represents HR with professionalism, compassion, empathy and confidentiality.

General Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• HR support to the HR Manager and Administrative Team as well as all employees, assisting with personnel processes, records management, and compliance activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations; monitor and maintain records of employment reviews, wage changes, and job classification updates.
• Coordinate the employee recruitment process and conduct new employee orientations, including benefits overview and documentation.
• Provide support for employee benefit enrollment, changes, and administration, ensuring compliance and professional assistance with benefit-related inquiries.
• Engage in ongoing training and meetings to remain current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Education & Experience
Two years of college or an associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or four years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably supporting management or HR functions or any combination of education and experience would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.
Required Certification & Licenses
HIPAA Certification
Acceptable completion of a criminal history background check.
