We’re looking for a People (HR) Coordinator to join our team and grow into a key contributor across all areas of HR. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, curious, and eager to learn. You will play a hands-on role supporting day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure to recruiting, employee experience, compliance, and people analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a proactive point-of-contact for new and current team members during key points of the employment lifecycle – i.e. recruiting, onboarding, development, feedback surveys, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offer administration, and new hire setup.
  • Work closely with People team to provide a world-class team member experience while cross-training to acquire new skills.
  • Maintain data integrity of the HRIS (Paylocity) and electronic files to ensure compliance and clean reporting of people metrics.
  • Respond to verbal and written verification of employment requests.
  • Respond to Unemployment claims and submit forms.
  • Primary support to monitor and escalate inquiries sent to the HR Inbox.
  • Pull and organize HR data and identify basic trends or inconsistencies; escalate insights to People leadership.
  • Effectively partner with key departments including Learning & Development, Marketing, and IT.
  • Special projects in areas such as benefits, hiring, training, and compliance.
  • Promote strong company culture and positive morale.
  • Promote and participate in company events, including but not limited to office events, team builds, and new hire training. 
Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or a fast-paced administrative role, or a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Salary Description
$22-$26/hour
