The Enterprise Training Specialist is responsible for the preparation and delivery of training programs for agent partners, their employees, and internal corporate employees at the Evans Network of Companies. The Enterprise Training Specialist aids and meets previous, current, and future training demands.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide virtual and/or on-site trainings with new agent partners and their employees during onboarding phase (e.g., agent portal, Driver360, eRIGS, reports, etc.)
- Conduct periodic check-ins with agent partners to monitor their success as part of ENOC and answer any questions they may have; build trust and good will
- Utilize Training software products for conducting certain work-related efforts
- Strive for personal continuous improvement by staying up to date with software programs, training trends, and incorporating exciting new solutions
- Provide support to Drivers and Agents having difficulty with systems and settlements
- Continuously improve training programs and develop new offerings
- Conduct periodic check-ins with agent partners to monitor their success as part of ENOC and answer any questions they may have; build trust and good will
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of software programs to be able to effectively train others on proper usage
- Perform system demonstrations to “sell” ENOC as the “right choice” to potential agent partners
- Assist/troubleshoot with drivers having difficulty with systems and/or technology
- Direct, produce, and edit video and/or written content (e.g., sales, per diem, brokerage, how to videos, promotional videos, vlog style videos, agent recruitment videos, employee recruitment videos, spotlight videos, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development/Training, or similar, or equivalent level of prior relevant experience
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1+ years of experience in a Training and Development role
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Microsoft Office 365
- Robust problem-solving ability
- Ability to build rapport and relate well with others
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Strategic thinking, analysis, and planning skills
- Exceptional people skills and demonstrated ability to develop/coach/mentor
- Strong conflict management skills, ability to uncover hidden issues, de-escalate conflicts
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations within ENOC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel on a quarterly basis as needed up-to 30%

- Experience in transportation/logistics industry
- TMS experience
