We are looking for:

The Assistant Project Manager will report to the Facilities & Construction Department Manager and will work closely with department supervisors, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Tracking project milestones, budgets, and action items
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Managing project documentation, drawings, permits, and meeting minutes
  • Assisting with bid solicitation and contractor procurement activities
  • Tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence
  • Conducting site visits and documenting construction progress
  • Preparing project status reports and executive updates
  • Supporting facility improvement and renovation projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, project coordination, or project management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
