Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate directly with owners, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Lead and supervise plumbing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related challenges in the field.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Maintain a strong focus on job site safety, quality control, and productivity.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Plumber license.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing construction.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
