Description
How You’ll Make an Impact
In this role, you will:
- Process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly basis with accuracy and timeliness
- Collect, review, and verify timesheets and attendance records
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Process payroll adjustments and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management and accounting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and benefits
- Support audits and maintain organized payroll documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
- Experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Familiarity with payroll software (Paylocity or similar systems preferred)
- Working knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Work Environment

Salary Description
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
