Title: Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator
Overview:
Haffner’s is seeking a Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator. This role supports both Marketing and Retail Operations at Haffner's. The Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator oversees promotional execution, vendor order management, equipment coordination, signage, floor care, training support, and expense management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once.

Compensation:
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:
PAY- $65,000 -$75,000 Per Year

· · Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support.
· · Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus.
