Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Site Director of Education. Responsible for all compliance tasks required to support all regulatory agency policies and procedures. Utilize the Children’s Paradise Program and Compliance Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance. The AD of Administration position entails ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly compliance benchmarks within the educational environment, with a focus on maintaining a safe and nurturing atmosphere.

Responsibilities include monitoring staff-to-child ratios, coordinating staff breaks and meal schedules, overseeing child sign-in/out procedures, conducting regular child file monitoring, performing data entry tasks, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to address health and safety concerns, and providing support for out-of-schedule care needs and emergencies as required.

Duties include front desk customer service, support staffing schedules, site coordination, enrollment assistance, Accounts Receivable documentation, data entry/administration tasks.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE/ Child Development OR higher level degree
  • Ability to attain Site Supervisor Child Development Permit.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at various locations, as needed.
  • Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds to support children.
  • Ability to bend and squat to interact with children.


Salary Description
$25-$30 based on education credential
