Who you are: You keep it all running
You are the person who hears a problem before it becomes one. You fix it right the first time, you take pride in the work, and you leave a resident's day better than you found it. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
At Roundhouse, our mission is simple and serious: putting humanity into housing. Since 2008 we have grown into a developer and manager of diverse real estate across four states, with more than 10,000 multifamily units and over $2B in assets under management. We got here by challenging the status quo, building communities people are proud to call home, and hiring people who care about doing the work right.
This role sits at the center of that promise. The condition of our communities is what residents feel every single day, and you are the one who keeps it strong.
What you'll own
- You are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property. On any given day you might:
- Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
- Respond fast to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish.
- Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
- Protect curb appeal by keeping grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
- Keep clear records of the work you do, including materials, hours, and completion status.
- Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and pitch in on snow and ice removal.
- Stay on top of your maintenance software so every work order is current, accurate, and on time.
- Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels.
The work is real, it is varied, and no two days look the same. You take initiative, own the outcome, and keep going until it is done right.
