Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our service team.

Successful Express Service Advisors provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, stay organized, and help create a positive service experience for customers.


In this role, success comes from building trust with customers, maintaining accurate documentation, working effectively with technicians and team members, and helping ensure service appointments move efficiently through the department.


What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and assist with service appointments 
  • Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines 
  • Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process 
  • Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness 
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
