Bonadent is actively recruiting for our Summer 2026 "Create Your Own Future Program"

Selected candidates will receive 8 weeks of paid hands-on training and experience in our Dental Laboratory. 

Training Areas Include

Visual Arts - Painting, Sculpting, Mapping & Photography 

Computer Aided Design - Digital Design, CAD/CAM Procedures, 3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping

Business & Communication - Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Social Media & Graphic Design

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm 

Successful completion of the program will result in a full time offer of employment.

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Willingness to learn. 
• Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment with precision and consistency.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Ability to use small hand instruments. 
• Ability to sit and/or stand 8 hours per day.
