We are seeking a Lawn Maintenance Lead to oversee mowing crews and ensure high-quality service for residential and commercial properties. If you have strong leadership skills, hands-on lawn care experience, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Premium Benefits
- Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and leadership ability).
- Hours: Consistent, full-time hours.

- Equipment Operation: Proficiency with commercial mowers (stand-on, zero-turn), trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
- Route Management: Ability to manage daily schedules, maintain efficiency, and ensure timely completion of routes.
- Quality & Safety: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safe equipment operation and job site practices.
- Communication: Professional communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Core Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the ability to tow a trailer are required.
