Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Full Time

We are seeking a strong and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations in a skilled nursing environment in Southeastern Ohio. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing facility 
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations 
• Lead and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams 
• Drive quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement 
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance metrics 
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork 

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Ohio LNHA license (required) 
• Prior experience as an Administrator in a SNF preferred 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Passion for resident-centered care and team development
