What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across the organization. 
  • Partner with managers to develop hiring strategies and fill critical roles. 
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection. 
  • Represent CFI at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities. 
  • Manage onboarding processes and support a positive new hire experience. 
  • Assist with general HR duties, HR initiatives, and compliance activities. 
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
  • Three or more years of recruiting and/or HR experience. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously. 
  • Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. 
  • Experience in nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services recruitment. 
  • Experience recruiting licensed professionals and difficult-to-fill positions.
