In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate team schedules, support care plan management, and ensure accurate documentation and billing processes, while also providing direct care to residents as needed. You’ll partner closely with the Independent Living team and leadership to maintain consistent staffing, respond to changing resident needs, and deliver high-quality, person-centered services. Every day, your work will help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that enhances residents’ independence and well-being.

What We're Looking For

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

- Able to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 40 hours per week. The starting pay range is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour plus any applicable shift differentials.
