GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Clovis, CA to join our dynamic property management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily leasing and marketing activities, including apartment tours, rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will provide outstanding customer service to prospects, residents, and clients while helping maintain occupancy goals and maximize rental revenue for the community.
This position is scheduled for 25.5 hours per week. The work schedule is Monday from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM during summer hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM during winter hours); Tuesday off; Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM–6:00 PM during summer hours (1:00 PM–5:00 PM during winter hours); Friday from 2:00 PM–5:00 PM during summer hours (1:00 PM–5:00 PM during winter hours); and Saturday from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and support the Community Manager and Portfolio Manager as needed.
- Engage with prospective and current residents to help achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
- Manage leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and completing follow-up communications.
- Prepare lease agreements and coordinate all move-in documentation and procedures.
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect databases and ensure tour routes, amenities, and model units meet company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective, new, and current residents.
- Assist with updating and maintaining marketing materials, office supplies, reports, advertisements, and online content.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and real estate brokers to support leasing efforts.
- Stay informed about local events, employment trends, and market conditions that may impact property performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local market, submarkets, competitor properties, and resident demographics.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Proficient with computers and everyday technology, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Email and internet navigation
- Social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of following direction while also working independently and taking initiative.
- Fast learner with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain current automobile insurance.
