Position Summary

The Academy Operations Manager provides operational leadership for BHA Academy, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant learning environment for students and staff. This role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, facilities, compliance, training, budgeting, and crisis response while partnering with educational and clinical leaders to support student success. The Operations Manager fosters a positive, accountable culture aligned with BHA's mission and core values.


This is a safety-sensitive position.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership, Business Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in education, behavioral health, or a related field
  • Experience supervising teams, managing operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Academy operations, facilities, safety, and compliance
  • Supervise, coach, and develop paraprofessionals and operational staff
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee operational budgets, resource allocation, purchasing, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation requirements, and organizational policies
  • Lead crisis management efforts and support behavioral intervention systems
  • Partner with educational and clinical leadership to improve operational effectiveness and student outcomes
  • Monitor operational data, identify process improvements, and implement efficient systems
  • Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of BHA's mission and values.

Starting Pay: Our compensation is competitive within the market. The starting salary for this position begins at $73,320 annually, with your final offer based on a combination of your education, relevant experience, and overall qualifications
